Last updated: September 2026. How MrHandy handles and safeguards your Discord server metadata.
1. Information We Collect
MrHandy only collects metadata strictly necessary to perform security audits: Guild ID, guild name, member count, verification levels, role permission bitmasks, channel IDs, and security event logs. We do NOT read, store, or sell private message content.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
Collected data is solely utilized to compute your security score, generate hardening recommendations, and deliver real-time incident notifications to your configured SOC channel.
3. Storage & Data Security
All configuration and scan history records are stored in a secured SQLite database with WAL journaling. We do not transfer server data to unauthorized third parties.
4. User Rights & Data Deletion
Server administrators may request complete data purge by removing MrHandy from the server or contacting our support team. When the bot is removed, audit logs can be wiped upon request.
